This Privacy Policy explains how Online360 LLC ("Online360," "we," "us"), the operator of CineForge (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account/session data: if login is enabled, a session cookie identifying an authenticated browser session.
• Content you provide: prompts, edited scene text, and settings you enter to generate videos.
• Google/YouTube data: if you connect a YouTube account, we request only the scopes needed to look up your channel and upload videos on your behalf (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly). We do not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data.
• Operational logs: standard server logs (timestamps, IP address, request path) used for debugging and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to operate the Service: generating your videos, maintaining your session, and publishing to YouTube when you explicitly request it. We do not sell your data.

3. Third-Party Processors

Generating a video may involve sending your scene text/prompts to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or Groq, depending on configuration) and stock media providers (e.g. Pixabay, Freesound) solely to produce the requested content.

4. Data Retention

Generated videos, scene plans, and run history are retained until you or an administrator deletes them. YouTube OAuth credentials are stored only for as long as an account remains connected, and are removed on disconnect.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls) to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the YouTube page, and can request deletion of your data by contacting us below.
