These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CineForge (the "Service"), provided by Online360 LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Online360," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CineForge lets authorized users generate narrated videos from text prompts, review and edit AI-planned scenes, and optionally publish the resulting video to a connected YouTube account. Access to the Service may be restricted to specific authorized users at Online360's discretion.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, edited scene content, and resulting videos you create through the Service ("Your Content"). You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights and complies with applicable law and the policies of any platform (e.g. YouTube) you publish to.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI, stock media, and publishing providers (including Google/YouTube) to generate and publish content. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent access controls or abuse rate limits.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Online360 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be free of errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online360 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
